Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from AvantGarde Tech ("we", "us"), a store operated by AvantGarde Global LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products
We sell new computer hardware in the manufacturer's original packaging. Product names, trademarks and specifications belong to their manufacturers; we're an independent reseller and not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer. Specifications come from manufacturer information, and manufacturers may change components or packaging without notice. Images are illustrations, not photographs of the product.
2. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in USD for US addresses and CAD for Canadian addresses, excluding applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time before you order. Stock comes from our supply partners and isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, or was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you and may cancel that item for a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we ship it or send a shipping confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel orders we can't verify, orders that appear to be for resale, or orders to addresses outside the US and Canada, with a full refund.
4. Shipping, risk and title
Shipping terms are set out on the Shipping & returns page. Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery.
5. Returns and warranty
Our return policy is on the Shipping & returns page. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer, not by us. Apart from that warranty and any rights you can't waive under applicable law, products are sold without other warranties.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data. Please back up your data before returning any device.
7. Export
Products are for use in the country they're shipped to. You agree not to export them in breach of US or Canadian export laws.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
