AvantGarde Tech is operated by AvantGarde Global LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and the products you buy. These are collected by Stripe at checkout and shared with us to fulfil your order.
- Payment details: your card number is handled only by Stripe and never reaches our systems.
- Emails you send us.
- Your cart and country choice are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they're remembered between visits. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send receipts and tracking, handle returns and warranty help, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to complete your order: Stripe (payments), our distribution and shipping partners (delivery), and our email provider. Each receives only the information it needs.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to seven years, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to our legal record-keeping duties. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and of Canada under PIPEDA or provincial law, have these rights. Email hello@avantgardeglobal.us; we'll respond within 30 days.
