Are the products new?
Yes. Everything we sell is brand-new in the original, factory-sealed packaging, and comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty. We don't sell refurbished or open-box units.
Which countries do you ship to?
The United States and Canada. Choose your country at the top of the page: US orders are priced and charged in USD, Canadian orders in CAD.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is free on orders over US$99 (US) or CA$129 (Canada). Most orders ship within 2–5 business days and arrive 3–7 business days after that; some configurations take longer, and we'll email you if yours will. Express shipping can be chosen at checkout. See Shipping & returns.
Do you charge sales tax, GST or HST?
Applicable sales tax, GST/HST or PST is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If a product arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. After that, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Details on the Shipping & returns page.
Do you sell secure KVMs and TSG disconnect devices?
Yes. We list NIAP Protection Profile 4.0 secure KVM switches and TSG Standard 6 approved positive-disconnect devices. Each listing states the certification the manufacturer publishes; confirm it matches your facility's requirements. TSG devices are quote-only so we can confirm the exact variant and lead time.
Do satellite phones include airtime?
No. Satellite phones and hotspots are sold as hardware. They need an Iridium or Inmarsat SIM with a prepaid or monthly airtime plan, which we can quote separately.
Can I get a quote or pay by invoice?
Yes, for business orders. Email hello@avantgardeglobal.us with the models and quantities. We'll send a written quote and a secure payment link.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.
