Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only. Orders for US addresses are priced and charged in US dollars; orders for Canadian addresses are priced and charged in Canadian dollars. We can't ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders or addresses outside these two countries.
Shipping cost and timing
- Standard shipping: free on orders over US$99 in the US or CA$129 in Canada; otherwise US$9.99 / CA$12.99.
- Express shipping: US$39 in the US or CA$49 in Canada, selectable at checkout.
- Most orders ship within 2–5 business days of payment, and standard delivery usually takes a further 3–7 business days. Some configurations and high-demand models take longer; if yours will, we'll email you with an updated date and you can cancel for a full refund.
- You'll receive tracking details by email when your order ships. A signature may be required on delivery.
Taxes and duties
Applicable US sales tax, or Canadian GST/HST and PST, is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. Any taxes charged are shown on your receipt.
Order verification
To protect our customers from fraud, some orders are reviewed before shipping. We may ask you to confirm details, and we may cancel and fully refund any order we can't verify.
Returns
- Unopened items: return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first for a return authorisation; items must be unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Damaged or defective on arrival: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
- After that: products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and warranty claims go directly to the manufacturer. We're happy to help you start a claim.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or sent in error.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return.
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state or province.
